I'm the same user (admin) on the same pc, nothing changed... ... so no user permissions were altered.

Are all other settings/credentials being saved OK?

In what sense? for example a cdg-fra-hkg showed all in Y on AC, but ANA showed fra-hkg F. looking with AC only fra-hkg it does show F. Why does he lose sight when it consist an extra leg ?

Each Engine has its own logic when it comes to mixed-cabin itineraries, so this is not a phantom availability issue.

@ kvs: seems like your site and so also the AUTH... of your software is gone, so for those like me who restarted their pc, and kvs is off, there is no way to turn it on....

Indeed, it was a server/connectivity issue on our hosting provider's end.

Feature request:
I just added a new system, and every time you re-install, you have to manually enter all the credentials. Would be great if there was a way to backup/restore from a file

You can transfer all locally-stored data (including Credentials) as explained at http://Help.KVSTool.com/#Q11

Why does it show LH "O" and "I" inventory on my "mobile" app on BB, and I cant seem to find a way to show it on the desktop version (it shows Y C F only). Please guide me. Thanks

I'm not at my desktop now, but on mobile searching for "availability" gives you O and I space availability on LH. There is no awards option on the BB mobile app, only "availability".

On desktop (iirc) searching AC or UA awards will not yield you any better results than searching on UA.com. It still shows phantom availability, however using the mobile app shows class availability, and if I see O or I, I know they are for sure available.

Do a search on the mobile app for a NYC-FRA itinerary and you'll see what I mean.

We are aware of the fact that LH Award Availability may, sometimes, be included together with Regular Availability.

The KVS Tool is not subject to the "phantom availability" you may see on UA.com -- perhaps, you are thinking of some other product/service
