I got a targeted text from Tmobile about free 1gb data upgrade through Feb 2019.
Many others reporting similar or better free data upgrades.

Anyone with a 10 gig plan was upgraded to unlimited. Anyone with a 2 1/2 gig plan was given an extra gig.

2g service, works fine for hangouts, regular internet use will be a little slow, tethering never worked for me in israel.
