This is actually really cool news! Thanks for sharing! I didn't see a clear projected switch over date (the article just said the sale was supposed to take place in april) anybody know anything? Also can't tell what kinda hotel it is but it doesn't look like a category 6..does the fact that its in the Unbound collection automatically bump it into a certain category?

Surprised this wasn't mentioned but there is a Park Hyatt opening up pretty soon in st. Kitts

They are taking reservations for July.

It's mentioned in the first post of the thread, when projected opening was 2015.

Hyatt Place in Long Island City (right outside NYC) is opening in Fall 2017 and has nights pricing now for a cat. 2 at 8k/night.
