Just got back from the Hyatt zilara Cancun, Mabye ill get around to writing a proper trip review, but the palace is gorgeous. Every room has a ocean view with great balcony, full Jacuzzi in the room super spacious. Service was great, check in room service hotel staff all amazing.
Concerning the kosher food as discussed earlier, they did not want to offer anything like the other Hyatt hotels. the reason is because the hotel is all inclusive (which is amazing) dos not give special status to members like the rest of the hotels.
They did offer us a upgraded room the second night but at that point we didn't want to move.
In the kitchen we spoke to the manager and we had them make us double wrapped salmon and backed potatoes and green beens. They we re super helpful with getting us food when we wanted it.
There are kosher restaurants not far, but i was more then happy with the food in the hotel and the food we brought.
I think its a great place to use your Hyatt free nights, especially for the all inclusive.
