While it often is true, it is NOT always the case.
Some other "genius" connects I've heard, are:"it takes two to tango" in other words, if there is a fight, both are liable to dine extent.

While often true, to put this as a rule is completely wrong.
Well said! Every time I'M in an argument, the other side is CLEARLY wrong :P

Jokes aside, I couldn't agree with you more.

I just heard from a very prominent (charedi) posek that basically all their gittin were pasul, even disregarding the payments. He said that if you look in shulchan aruch basically none of the cases in which we do kefiya are ever relevant nowadays. Just because a man doesn't give a get doesn't automatically mean we do kefiya. Just because she says maus alay is not a valid reason for kefiya.

It sounds from your post like you heard this from the posek directly. If so, you have no reason to worry that the posek is being misquoted. So why on earth would you not say the posek's name? Do you not think that anyone who reads your post will want to know who it is?

And maybe said posek wouldn't want to be quoted by name on the internet. (I actually heard from a very close talmid of his who spoke to him directly and I have no doubt it is quoted correctly, but again still don't know if he wants it open in the public). I am very happy to give his name via PM assuming it will not be posted here

As long as you don't name the people that got divorced etc, I see no problem to have him say his psak publicly, mentioning his name that is, unless it ain't solid.....

And I'll disagree that unless someone agreed to be quoted on the internet I don't think it's right to put his name out publicly with such a psak (likely he wouldn't mind, but it's not up for me to decide)

May be true, but it has nothing to do with him always holding the woman is right. The reason would be because they hold R Epstein's gittin are get me'usah.

You may want to look up "hearsay". You said earlier that your statement was based on what you heard from the posek's talmid. That is hearsay. If you spoke directly to the posek, it would not be hearsay.

I asked the talmid to ask the posek for me and he reported to me what he told him. That's hearsay?

Technically: for the talmid, no; for you and the rest of us, yes.

Either way if there really are hundreds if not thousands of gitten done by him, then I personally would be very careful of being motzie lazz on them and by extension their children...
