First of all I am not related to anyone involved in a messy divorce
Secondly there are many cases where halachikly the husband can legitimately withhold a get and just because you are related to someone who wanted to force a get (probably against halacha) doesn't change the halacha
Lastly you obviously never heard of a get meusa which is posul and if she gets married her children are mamzerim whether you like it or not

Not that I have any clue on this subject (I never looked into the issues with Prenup/Postnup agreements, other than hearing that "there are issues"), But assuming the issue is Get Meuseh, why would that be a problem with a Kesuvah? A Kesuvah doesn't say that the husband has to give a get.
