I would like to make a public apology. I got caught up in the discussion of get me'useh, and being that they're are many if not most cases where husbands are threatened or coerced into giving a get which would make it passul. I do not regret any of those comments evan when according to secular standards the husband may be wrong but it will still be a coerced get in many cases. I do regret attaching people's names to this activity I have no evidence nor was I mentioning the names as a to'eles therefore I deeply regret mentioning Amy names in connection to making a get pasul

This is terrible. They just sentenced 70 yr old Rabbi Epstein to 10 years in prison: http://bit.ly/GetRabbiSentencedTENYearsInPrison
He was just trying to make the abuser do the right thing and give his wife a get. There are way more dangerous criminals out there that don't even serve one month!?! And they give him TEN years!?!? #timeforthePrenupToBecomeTheDefaultBeforeTheChuppah
