British Airways and Virgin have been sued for fixing fuel surcharges or something, and you can get part of the settlement. Just fill out the form and (i think) thats it.
Its for all longhaul flights between august 11, 2004 and march 13, 2006 (i misread it the first time - thought it was march to august 2008 - guess i missed it
