Not too long ago (some time within the past year or two) I bought Sha'arei Avoda and Sha'arei Hayichud V'emunah (לר' אהרון הלוי).   I found a store that a had a whole dusty pile of them, but in brand new condition.  Though they are a direct photocopy of d'fus shklov (with the permission of the "tzenzur" and all...), the letters are very clear.
