If I booked a rental car with Avis (in CR) on my reserve card while my DH will be driving will we be covered with the insurance? Or alternatively if we give my DH sapphire preferred card at checkin will we be covered with the insurance since at booking my reserve card was used?

Are there any no-fee credit cards that do not charge foreign (Israel) transaction fees?
Thanks.

IIRC all Capital One cards don’t have foreign transactions fees.

Which Amex blue? I have the Amex Business Plus. Are you referring to that?

When applying for a new credit card, does the cc company application team look at the your previous income and if so does it raise any red flags and prevent an application from getting approved?

For example - when I applied for previous cc I was living at household so my income was $70,000, now applying for a new credit card and live with just one other person so and income lets say is $10,000

I've had them ask me how my income changed drastically between applications.

Did you have show to proof of anything after they asked?

I didn't realize this, but my Chase banker told me that there is no foreign transaction fee for DEBIT cards for PRIVATE CLIENTS. Not exactly my original question, but a helpful piece of info.

When downgrading a card, how long after the annual fee kicked in can I still request a refund of the fee? My wife's AF was March 1st. Too late now? It's a Chase United Explorer.
