If someone currently has an Ink Cash card, can they apply for a second account (for the same business)? If not, can they cancel it and apply for a new one, and get the bonus? How much time must have elapsed since he got the last bonus?

I want to give to someone to run errands, but I’m not sure I trust him.

Make a Virtual Credit Card with a limit and give him the numbers?

Use PayPal Key to generate a virtual card number then destroy it when done.

I don't believe you can cap PPK, Privacy would be the way to go.

You can set a limit on Amex AU’s but the minimum is $200
