No, I think amex is just one additional year. Citi typically gives you two extra years.

Oh, I didn't realize you meant two additional years on Citi

Yup, it's one of the under-the-radar perks of some Citi cards

Interesting, thanks for the heads up!

I assume all these extended warranties is the same (just longer) as what the manufacturer offers? I'm looking specifically for an electric scooter, I am told a warranty is well worth it as they are prone to breakage etc and that the manufacturers warranties aren't the greatest?

Upon reading the fine print (below), I wonder if electric scooters are excluded?

Items Excluded
"Cars, boats, aircraft or any motorized land, air or water vehicles and their original equipment. Tires are not covered.
Items that do not come with a manufacturer’s warranty.

I would assume that most cards are not going to provide extended warranty coverage for a scooter.  For example if you check the American Express terms using the link I provided earlier you will see that they specifically exclude motorized vehicles

Right. I posted just above, I noticed that when reading the Citi exclusions.

Is there any reason to use CSR over Amex Platinum out of the country?

More bonus categories, especially travel and restaurants (also valid worldwide), and they say VISA gives better exchange rates.

How do you find your FICO score on Amex?
Only on DDF does 24/6 mean 24/5/half/half

I believe amex offers free VantageScore 3.0 by TransUnion here: https://www.americanexpress.com/us/credit-cards/features-benefits/free-credit-score/

I'm not aware of them offering free FICO scores specifically

On award wallet they pull a FICO score from Amex. I use to have a link for Amex but can't find it now.

It's tricky to find but on the app you can go to your profile/settings and it's at the bottom

Are we asking about MR points? Do you currently have a card that earns MR?

I currently have the business platinum, Was wondering if I can open the consumer platinum and transfer over  the credit limit and the points or do I need to open a business card like to gold or the green?

MR points don't transfer. If you have two or more MR earning cards the points are all in one pot. You just need to keep one open.
