Looking to apply for a few zero apr cards. Looking for information on what was called 3bm (three browser method) looking for up to date information and step by step directions skimmed thread but cannot find any up to date info. If anyone can point me in the right direction to fin that info Ibwoipd greatly appreciate.
The 2/3/4BM method: Open 2 or 3 or 4 different browsers. And/or separate computers, phone etc.
Fill out a different application for different credit cards
from the same bank - but DON'T "SUBMIT" until all are ready to go.
Then press submit on each one as close to the same time as possible.
The idea was for each app to be the 1st and be approved. and you'll get only 1 credit pull.
Modern use: All apps on the same day use the same credit pull, so a 2BM isn't necessary.
Does it makes it more likely to be approved? IDK.
It's also technically a bit challenging, but doable. The apps time out. So fill in part of each one in rotation so each remains active.
