If I get a card and don't get the sign up bonus, do I have to wait to sign up again and get the SUB?

I have 2 citi double cashback cards. Do they allow to move over credit (from one to another) to cancel the card? I don't really need 2 of them, just signed up a while back for the sub.

Citi usually will not allow to move credit limits. But I heard of people being successful by taking to the citi executive department. However if successful, it will result in a hard credit pull.

Need a little more spending to reach a SUB, can I send someone money on PayPal from my cc?
1. Will it count as spending?
2. Any fees to expect other than PayPal's cc fee? Tried looking in their help articles, and it doesn't look like it will show up as a cash advance.

Appreciate any other tips on the topic, thanks!

No longer relevant but would love to know for future if anyone has tried this out.

Don't see why it shouldn't, but be careful not to send it to yourself.

Also it's one of the most expensive ways to do it.

I have had Amex not give me points on a legitimate 3rd party PayPal payment. Not even a SUB.

Is there a master list of payment methods for CCs?
As far as I know understand, any CC with a physical bank will accept cash to pay CC bill. Does a single cash payment under 10k raise any red flags at Chase or Citi? Any difference if done multiple times/ or between business and personal cards?

I purchased something on final sale and it doesnt fit. I want to put in a claim, but its not a dispute. The store did nothing wrong, they shouldnt have to cover the costs out of their pocket. How do i put a claim in on the website, i only see "dispute"button.

Does that card have purchase protection?  Then use it.
If the card doesn't, what are you putting in a claim for? Your buyer's remorse?

Im on phone with amex, they are putting in a claim but they said purchase protection applies to lost stolen or damaged goods... My online purchase doesnt fit, not sure this will be covered..thought was so much easier

Find the charge on the account.
Although I don't know if they ask for the receipt.

Return protection! Not purchase protection.

What is better, 80k AA miles or 70k Hawaiian which seems can be moved to Alaska? Only for domestic travel.

Alaska
Depends on your routes. Long haul Domestic AA wins. (LA, Seattle, SFO, ANC etc.) AA miles are also a lot harder to obtain Plus, the Barclays AA may be coming to an end with a Citi exclusive deal.
