Which premium CC's (if any) have the highest chance of approval for someone with under a year of credit history, and a score in the upper 600's?
cards from your existing bank.

you aren't getting premium cards with that profile. Work on raising your score first. Keeping utilization very low is an easy way to boost your score.

If only for high utilisation there are tons of options. Numbers are a horrible metric of credit. It does more to give mortgage brokers (and other lenders) the option excuse to raise a rate unnecessarily even when the reasons don’t bother them, than actually measure risk. Hence the bigger lenders focus more on their own history with you or other factors.
Many reasons someone can have a lower score and not harm much. Fell free to p.m. it’s unnecessary to openly discuss people’s specifics

i have a Citi double cash , premier and rewards + cards all with high amounts of points on them
With no prior notice Citi closed my rewards plus account due to inactivity
I have 60 days to use points - what is my best option ? no major travel plans in near future
I have an option to have card reinstated with a credit pull but not sure if i should
plus what happens with the points on the other two cards from my understanding i new a rewards + card to  be able to transfer them out ?

Are they all on the same account? I have all 3 as well, and they just linked all the cards into one login and the points into one big pot a few years ago when they switched the DC from earning transferable cash-back to straight-up TY points.

Also, the Rewards+ is being discontinued next month. It's being changed into the Strata card, and the earning structure is going to be pretty similar to the Premier. The change means the Premier is losing a lot of it's value, and, if not for the fact that it's the only card that allows points transfers, would probably lose it's place in most people's wallets.

As Dan put it in the comments:

So what adavnatge does the premier offer for the $95 AF besides transferring over points? [sic]

3x airfare from airlines or agencies.
3x hotels from airlines or agencies.
3x dining.
10x Hotel, Car Rentals, and Attractions booked through Citi Travel
$100 off $500 Citi Travel hotels annually.
No Forex fees.
Mileage transfers.

Oh, that's insane. I guess HUCA until you find someone who can save your points, otherwise you need to figure out if the pull is worth it.

Transfer them to a partner that doesn't expire points, like JetBlue. Or transfer them to a partner that allows you extend them with activity, like Avianca LifeMiles or Air France-KLM Flying Blue. Just remember to add a few points once every year or 2. I wouldn't suggest transferring to Turkish unless you have a specific use in mind, since they hard-expire them after 3 years.

At a minimum, use them as a statement credit on your DC so you get at least 1¢ of value.
