The payment process works the same way just you must pay in full.

It all makes sense now
I guess you have a lot of bitcoins  ;)

If only  ::) I had a friend in college who was obsessed with them.  Life would be a bit easier if I had listened  :'(

I don't have any Amex charge cards (yet). Since there's not a preset limit, can any of them be used to fund an account without it being considered a CA? I know some Citi, Barclay, and BoA CCs don't run as a CA. Haven't heard about any Amex cards though.

No, that's why you've never heard it.

It never hurts to ask as some things aren't "common" knowledge and kept under wraps. I'll cross that one off my list of maybe's. Thanks!

No one keeps anything about bank account signups under wraps.  AMEX charges higher exchange/processing fees, so they are excluded.

No one keeps anything about bank account signups under wraps.  AMEX charges higher exchange/processing fees, so they are excluded from almost every bank.

So I applied for a chase ink and got the response that I should please call in...(no instant approval). If I was to apply for a personal card would it still be only one pull? And should I do it while the business card is still pending? ( customer service is closed for the holidays)

Any 2% card.
-0.5
1. The BOFA Travel Rewards CC with $100k in a BOFA account earns 2.625 points per dollar.
2. The Barclays Arrival Plus CC earns 2.11 points per dollar.
Both 1 & 2 can be made into cash back with almost zero effort, so I consider them as cash back cards.
3. The Amex Everyday Preferred gets 1.5 points per dollar. When sold at 1.4 cpp it earns you 2.1% cash back.

I was thinking those, but any business on that scale isn't interested in cashing that out, if he said that dealing with categories is too much of a hassle.

Correct when for personal use, but when swiping for millions of $, the cashback being in the tens of thousands of $, not so easy and big chance of them picking it up and shutting you down, and forfeiting the points.

A lot of businesses don't make anything close to what they spend. Either way, if they're interested in 2% cash back, then they would be even more interested in 2.11% or even 2.625% cash back.

Have you ever heard of someone getting shutdown by either bank for cashing out their points?

If you're swiping millions and not interested in dealing with categories, then you're relatively busy. I can't imagine they'd want to be playing with refundables.

As it's almost no effort, I can't imagine that they wouldn't, *especially* since they're swiping millions. .11% is thousands of dollars :P

There is technically a 3% method, but I wouldn't recommend it.
