Read it many times. And from what I understand you don't want to close with no balance either. Isn't that the whole trick? Please correct me if i'm wrong!

You don't want to close with no utilization whatsoever but it doesn't have to be every card

You want to have at least one card reporting a balance. If your have 100 cards, and all but one close with a -$100 balance, and one closes with a $2 balance, that's perfect.

If you're only applying for amex and chase cards, you would only care about EX. If you're applying for citi, you'd also care about EQ. What you care about depends on what your plans are.

I hear but I don't know what will be many years down the line and I don't want to have to deal with a bad score and removing them later..

Whenever you want, you can remove them. They don't really give you a "bad score", iinm (credit age matters more than AAoA), but can count against you as new accounts. It won't be a problem many years down the line; by that time, they'll be mature accounts boosting your credit score. Any possible problems are in the shorter term.
There's no such thing as business PRG. If you mean BRG, then yes, there is a thread dedicated to selling amex codes.

Thanks for that. Just to clarify:
1. I'll only need to do it once per CB?
2. I can add myself 10 times online with the same info and Amex won't think it's duplicate requests? And the CBs won't think it's fishy that 10 AU duplicates?
3. Do I tell the CBs all 10  AUs are duplicates of the primary card and they should remove all the AUs or that 9 are duplicates of one AU?
