If I book a United flight TLV-EWR using my United Explorer Card would I get priority boarding in TLV?
The primary Cardmember and companions on the same reservation will be invited to board United-operated flights prior to general boarding. To receive priority boarding, just add your MileagePlus number to your reservation and refer to your United boarding pass for your boarding group number.
from online it seems like you don't even need to use the card to get priority boardingfrom here
Are there any threads dedicated to biz CCs? Or is it all included in the AOR thread and the like? Also, any thread about current amex sign up bonus rules?

AFAIK almost all biz cards (even those issued by Chase) don't count towards 5/24 as they don't show up on CR.(Some biz cards do show up, do your research).
Thanks. There it just says that the spending on a biz card does not go on your CR, and that your credit line does not show.I understood from that it doesn't show at all. What am I missing?Does the hard pull also not show?
Yes. Call the CBs to have the AUs removed.
The hard pull shows but unless the card goes delinquent it doesn't report to the CRAs
Do I have to first get a copy of my CR before speaking to them?
No
Anyone bother saving the cardmember agreements Amex sends you when you open up card?
Some do. What info do you need ?
If I had Barclay arrival plus, downgraded to the arrival about 9 months ago, can I get the plus sign up again?
Yes
What are the rules?
No rules.
Downgrade and reapply immediately? Since time back, MeirS, had a theory about Barclays churning that was popular, not sure the details or if it's still accurate.
People can make whatever theory they want, that doesn't constitute "rules".
Ok. So what is people's common experience? How long should one wait to have high chances of getting sign up bonus?
