A friend of mine opened a discover student card, and chose from a menu of college options BMG because he's in a small yeshiva that is registered as a congregation. Now they want proof that he's there, what does he do?

Go in to bmg office and ask for a letter they might write one up

Ask someone there to get letter and change the name on it? Or just get a letter from his real yeshiva and it prob wouldn't be a prob.. Can say it's a subsidiary of BMG.

how much time after paying an af do i have to cancel the card in order to get a full refund?

IIRC most banks its 60 days after the fee posts, not according to when you pay it. Someone cmiiw.

I can't add my a.u. to my online account. I tried calling amex cs and they don't know the reason for it so they transferred me to a manager but the guy never picked up. . . Does anyone have experience with this?
