I can't add my a.u. to my online account. I tried calling amex cs and they don't know the reason for it so they transferred me to a manager but the guy never picked up. . . Does anyone have experience with this?

Depends on a few factors, like your income, overall credit score ect.
Don't remember exactly. . . but something like the security numbers don't match the card numbers and I should call amex online cs.
Sounds like the issue had nothing to do with adding AUs. It's that you're putting in the wrong security code. Are you sure you're putting in the code they're asking for (sometimes they ask for 4 digits on from sometimes they ask for 3 digits on back)? Are you sure you're using the codes on the most recent card issued to you?
Yes, I'm definitely putting in the right codes.
And you sure you're card isn't about to expire and they already issued you a new one?
Yup! Was a brand new card.
