They won't remove it if you say it's unauthorized. They're gonna tell you to get a letter of deletion from the merchant.
Besides he did sign as a guarantor so he is liable

Ya but they were still required to tell him about the pull. Though should've been fairly obvious once they asked for SSN.

It's not about being obvious. As long as they don't mention it and have me agree to it, they have no authorization to pull it.

Besides, I don't think it was obvious.

Did you try calling the 1 (714) 830-7000 number and pressing 0 for a rep? That's how I got through. Also if the rep can't help, ask for a manager. They had a manager call me back and he helped me.
If you are trying to get my attention/assistance and I'm not responding, please feel free to PM me. :)

Ask for a manager. I never tried getting AUs removed but according to others here you should be able to. Although someone recently said he was having trouble. Please report back. I need to call in soon to get Amex AUs removed and want to know how much of a problem that is..

I am not sure where the correct thread for this is...
I have a LifeLock plan, I believe I pay $9 per month.
Usually, every time I apply for a card a get a call/email from them to confirm that it was indeed an authentic pull. I just applied for the IP last week and just realized that they did not contact me. Is this common that they don't pick up biz pulls? Or is something wrong?
Anyone?

Quicksilver.  If you already have it.
Do I have to register or do anything to get the 20% CB, or it's automatic?
I like vanilla but my name is Venilla.

On the Amex charge cards when does one have to make a payment by in order to be totally ok with Amex? My bill says the following, "Payment is due upon receipt. We suggest you pay by the Please Pay By date. You may have to pay a late fee if your payment is not received by the Next Closing Date".

The Please Pay By date is only 15 days as opposed to the usual 25 or so days on a regular credit. It's not the biggest deal in the world but am I completely ok if I pay 7-10 days after the Please Pay by date? I'd still be well before the next statement closing date.

You are fine the real due date is the date of when the next statement closes

I think it should be automatic. If I'm correct this promo ends in April though and it goes back to just being the normal 1.5%?

Also, It looks like if you input the promo code CAPITALONE into uber, you get your first two rides free (up to $30 per ride) that you pay with the quicksilver.
