So if I'm just starting, should I get a lot of cards? That way in 5 hears my average will be great.

try to limit your pulls by applying smart. read up on which banks are 1 pull vs 2 pulls etc

the easy & short answer is... yes apply for numerous cards.. you will get more bonuses this way.. if you can reach the spend at least..
I would at least.. but every person applying has so many strings attached if they are responsible, can spend etc etc which basically makes a difference whether you should or not

If you get a lot of cards at once, that's gonna be a lot of spend to meet in 3 months. If these are your first cards some banks might not approve you as your credit is too new.

I see myself as responsible and calculated. I kept seeing how "too many cards is bad for you". But the only problem mentioned was debt, which for me isn't a problem. (I just won't use them after a few months...) Does this make sense?

The main issue is debt, so if that's no issue then go for it. If CSP is in the mix, apply for that earlier on.

You cant have 2 of the CSP at a time, Inks you can have & get the bonus as many as you get approved for.
I would get all the Chase cards first as they are becoming very hard to get approvals with.

You could apply whenever. Its either numerous pulls on 1 day vs numerous pulls on different days.

Is there any way of enrolling in AMEX BAGGAGE INSURANCE PREMIUM, TRAVEL DELAY PREMIUM, TRAVEL DELAY PREMIUM, etc. online? By phone? Or do they not offer enrollment anymore (as it seems here https://www295.americanexpress.com/premium/trip-insurance/home.do?inav=PROT_TRAVEL-Auto_Trip_Ins )?
If you are trying to get my attention/assistance and I'm not responding, please feel free to PM me. :)

It's likely to get accepted a few days after having a pull on my account?

I don't think I have a high one. Probably around 720. I didn't check because I didn't want another pull on my account.
(I only got my first cc about 6 months ago)

Checking your score isn't a hard pull.
