OK so their telling me my score is about 720. Good enough to apply for more cards after a hard pull?

There's a lot more to approvals than just your credit score.

You cant have 2 of the CSP at a time

You can definitely have 2 at the same time. You can even apply for 2 at the same time, it might not be easy to get approved for 2 but it doesn't mean "you can't".

To be clear on one idea (I know I'm repeating myself but I'm a little nervous of messing up on this) :

I can have 25 credit cards, only use 2-3 of them, have low statements, pay up on time.... and this will be good for my credit.

You could even use all of them. As long as the statement closes with low utilization & you pay in full every month you'll have a good score.

Right. But I'm specifically asking about lets say I'm using only 3, and 20 of them are being unused. Reason I'm asking specifically about not using most of them is because 1) I know I'm not going to use more then a few. And 2): I thought I read that if I don't use some credit cards, it would hurt my credit.
