Is there a no-AF chase business card that I can convert an Ink Plus down to/up from?
Ink Cash.
I like vanilla but my name is Venilla.

Ink Cash.
Can that be converted back to an ink plus without a hard pull if I need to transfer my UR?

I've been an authorized user on a Bank Of America card for about a year and a half, and had a Capital one CC for 6 months. I got rejected to CSP because I don't have enough credit history.

2 Questions: 1) Why didn't they consider an authorized user as credit history? 2) How long should I wait before applying again?

Question:

If I apply for a Amex blue cash preferred that has a 0% APR for 15 months and make lets say $5000 purchase then I downgrade it to the free bluecash card would I still have my promotional 15 months of 0% APR
Both cards have the 15 months when you sign up but question if when downgrade wouldn't be as a new signup and wouldn't have the 0% APR

Any experience?

Thanks

It's possible that they need a minimum $5k limit to open a CSP, and you did not have enough credit history for that much, even with your AU.

Is the card that you are a AU on reporting a large balance every statement? What about your Cap1 card?

Ink Cash.
Thanks. I tried calling to convert ink plus to cash, he said it has to be open a year before converting. Anyone know if that's true? Will try SM-ing now.

Yes it's true.
Thanks. Damn. Now I have to decide if I want to keep this card for $95. I sell the pts and I already burned through the 6 xfers. It's nice for staples/ms but I am down to 1 serve card and need it for other cards' hurdles so I'm unlikely to do much MS with this one.

Can an UMPE biz be converted to an ink plus? If yes is this also only after a year?

Why don't you wait till the year is over on the ink, then downgrade it to ink cash? They will refund the AF that way and you'll keep the card...

And you are still within 180 days of opening I gather.

That's correct. They didn't want to give the minimum 5k b/c of my short credit history.

My credit utilization rate is low.

I would like too. I'm worried about having too many CC's, Chase would give me a hard time getting CSP later on I think.

Is it possible to get transferred to a specific extension of an Amex employee ?
Reps. keep on telling me they can't do it, even though the supervisor I spoke too gave it to me saying that I can.
Life is as good as you make it...

SM seems to have worked! India rep asked me to agree to terms so s/he can go ahead and convert, I responded yes, let's see. And let's see if i get the fee back.

Nice!

FYI. Chase reps aren't Indian.
