When Chase CS issues me a credit that brings my balance to $0, does it update on the CR, or is that only when I make a payment?

A credit balance is reported as zero anyways, so nothing changes in your report.

If an issued credit results in a 0 balance,  Chase should report to the CRA similarly as a PIF.

Thinking of taking advantage of the current SPG promo.

I currently have a personal SPG. No other Amex cards. In the past I have had the PRG.
Which other cards should I apply for together with the biz SPG?
I don't want to do biz plat, b/c i am not in a rush for the points and I hope to one day get a 100k offer.
what is the best current offer on BRG and is it worth applying for it now?
So i'll do
1) biz SPG
2) ?
3) ?

I should note that I have no biz credit history with amex. i got my first biz card from chase recently.
