Amex, and Chase, that I'm aware of.

I think i had one 8 years ago, in 2008.

1) Am i correct that if i open one now with language, i wont get the bonus?
2) if i open one now without language (if they still exist) and it is an RSVP code, ill likely have the account shut down?
I rarely play CC games and do some high legit spending on my cards

If you closed it in 2008, you'll likely get the bonus.

When amex offers have language, they mean that specific product (as in specifically a gold business card or any business charge card)?

Specifically that product. Amex system memory is reputed to be only 7 years  (there are many data points to this effect).

If they reside at your address, almost always yes.

Do you only have a chase card? Amex is best.
