Really? You mean even though it's refunded before you complete the spend (as opposed to RT style spend)?
Yes.

While it may depend on the card, i would advise to make sure you spend over the refunded amount to be safe.

I'm unable to. That's why I'm asking.
Depends on the card.

CSP?

I'm not sure why your unable too. Just wait and report back what happens. There isn't anything you can do either way.

I closed an Amex business card and the AU about a week ago:

1. Any chance I can get the card reinstated?

2. Will it get reinstated with the Amex offers that were saved to it?

If I need to complete spending on a card and don't have access to the states/redbird right now, what's the best / cheapest method? PayPal to wife funded with cc and vice versa with 3% fee?

I tried reinstating an amex card and got denied. Can I try to get them to reconsider, or it doesn't work like that with reinstating?

AU in the states.
But 3% is better than not getting the bonus.

Right, that's what I'm asking. I'm ok paying the 3% to finish spending for the bonus, just wondering the easiest way.

So PayPal? Is there a risk of getting shut down?

risk from PP or cc company?
people claim PP is trigger happy but just to complete spending on a single card is absolulty no problem

Sounds good. I have two cards I want to compete spending on- I'll probably do:
Me to wife on card A: 3k
Wife to me on card B: 500

I'm guessing that shouldn't trigger PP or Cc if it's just once each, or will cc be suspicious for such a large pp amount...
