Is there a way to add an AU card (a real one) to my own online Amex account, or must I create a new one for the AU?

Yes. Click the tab labled 'CARDS" towards the upper right hand side.

That's what I've been doing, but since it's a different person, it says I need to create a new account.

I mailed in payments to Citi on two different accounts at the end of June. Citi deposited them on 7.3, cleared on 7.5, and still hasn't credited the payments to my accounts. I've sent them sm, faxed the front and back of the check, and made innumerable phone calls, and nothing doing. They've said they have no record of the payment. I've also been told by sm that I'll receive a letter in the mail within 30 days about this, of course long after payment will be due. I'm so frustrated at this point, with my payment due this week. Any advice, anyone?

No. This is on two separate cards, and I got the certs on one. Also those certs should post when the statement closes not when it's paid

Mistakenly applied for the Citi double cash card, instead of the prestige. Is the anyway to cancel the application, and change it to the prestige ?

Recon dept. was able to cancel the double cash application, and override the multiple applications denial for the prestige, and was approved.

Do you have any idea which one makes the least problems. Story is I bought 30k worth of stuff off a guy and PayPal made him problems withdrawing his money after I already received the stuff. So he refunded me with PayPal and now I owe him 30k. We tried to pay through square- he made me an employee on his account but then square shut his account down.

Charged a elal ticket to biz gold yesterday got the card not present transaction approved email but still not showing in pending transactions. Is that normal?
