i am asking if there is no option to downgrade they are only offering to switch to a new product . Will they pull my credit ? and am i better off just canceling the card ?

Yes they will pull your credit, better off canceling unless you specifically want that new card.

Slightly but it's not worth the pull and the new card with either no sign up bonus or ruining your chance of getting a better sign up bonus later. Also keep 5/24 in mind if that applies to your current situation.

amex is telling me that there is a good chance they will not pull my personal ss number since it is a business card . still not worth it ?

do not remember def used EIN but they usally also ask for ssn

My due date on one of my cards was yesterday and I plain forgot to pay it, paid it today, will it go on my credit report as a late payment?  I remember seeing here that you can a pay a few days later and it wouldn't show on your report
