It was a joke . But I see now from ur comments that you had a nit normal experience . IME that has never been true . Rule in general with amex is one day of cards applied and approved is one pull no matter which cards, if approved on a different day then there's a second pull .

Called Citi to downgrade DW Premier card. The guy said, be aware that we are using voice recognition technology for fraud prevention purpose etc. I'm always calling for DW cards so it wouldnt make a difference. But wondering if they would realize that the same voice is calling for different names...
Anyways people calling for others should be aware that this is probably becoming common practice...

I was able to opt out of that about a year ago.

it appears you are still able to pay chase mortgage and maybe cc bills in person in branch with prepaid debit cards that work as cash advance.

You'd have to product change it or close it 30 days prior to signing up. If you really want 2 CSR you could product change it back after you received second bonus.
Keep in mind that a lot can change in 2 years.
