Curious to know if a friend of mine had an Amex gold personal offer for 50000 membership reward points( card was closed roughly a year-and-a-half ago) and around a year or two later he got an offer popping up on his home screen in his Amex login with an offer of 50000 membership Reward Points spending 2k.
Will it intervene with his previous offer or it's a brand new offer?
do you assume that his original offer he applied for it was a no lifetime?

Your not so clear. Did he get the card originally? What's the concern? And is this the PRG?

yes around a year or two ago he had a PRG with an offer for 50k he spent what he needed to and got his MR points and closed the card, now 1 1/2-2yrs later her got an offer for 50k MR for 2k spend,(offer popped up on his amex login screen, now my question is will he get his 50k bonus offer as he previously opened this exact card with this offer does that mean his original card he opened was a no lifetime?

Hope you can understand me now?

It's seems you believe that no language is something with the original card, which is false. What a "no language" offer, which essentially let's you get an offer for a card you've had, is; once you've had a card, it thereby disqualifies you from getting the bonus again. Therefore, If after you've had it, you want to open the card with a bonus, you can only do it with an application that has "no language".
So in short, what the first card was, makes no difference, if this offer has NL, go for it.
Did I get it right?

Hyatt isn't in 5/24 so that's out.
And if you aren't CP eligible IMHO it should be Marriott.

Just want to clarify, when I say CP eligible I mean
A. won't be able to achieve the required earnings
B. more importantly, won't have a use for it

Between days-weeks, very inconsistent IME

Couldnt find thread for this question so decided to post here. Im 4/24, but on my report its showing 5/24 since im added as an AU on my wifes acc. Should i apply for another chase card now and likely get denied for 5/24, then call recon and explain that its just an AU. Or is it worth it to wait 6 months for one of my current cards to age to 25 months , then apply for the new card without hiccups?
TIA

The later would be a better option since you can then apply for 2 cards under the same Pull.
