Not from experience. I don't know about Amex specifically, but you should call the credit reporting DP (800) 874-2717

Im sure this has been asked before but looking for an answer and not finding.
I know if you get an AMEX businesses card it wont count towards 5/24 ,
But what about a chase business card , will it count as chase sees that you opened it (even though its not on your report)?
