Not sure where to post this I received a letter in the mail says on top Lowe's with a po box address in Orlando fl they write regarding my recent credit application with Lowe's to complete I should call 800-480-0186, I have never applied with Lowe's didn't apply for any cards lately, is this a scam? I did google this number this came up: https://800notes.com/Phone.aspx/1-800-480-0186 Any advice if I should do anything to protect myself? Thanks

For a signup bonus on Business cards (and in general)- do expenses need to be actual business expenses or can it be personal expenses?? I have an LLC but it is inactive, no business expenses on CC’s right now, although that may change with time. TYIA!

Pretty new to the CC scene.
1) To avoid A/A's etc, is there any MINIMUM time frame I should wait between applying for cards? If yes; what's a conservative time to wait?
2) I know Dan says closing cards barely dents credit score- but does it raise risk of A/A?? I would think so? TIA!

around a month ago i was not approved for a amex card as i opened to many cards in the past few months. if i now apply for a amex buissnes card will i get the same response? or is that a different system? i now have open a gold, platinum, spg and hilton and gold buissness.
if i would get rejected for a buissness card as well what does the forum think my best option would be to get accepted for other cards? should i close some of my cards?

I would just try again, amex approvals are weird. If you get denied, call recon.

In creditkarma app there's an alert that a barclays account was just taken off my credit report. AFAIK I haven't closed any accnts, and the account that I'm an AU on is also still open.
What can this mean?
Also, i received an email from them that someone just added me as an AU to their account. When i checked in the app there was no new AU accounts...
What can this mean?
