Regarding chase 5/24. If on credit report is written that the credit cards were opened on Dec 15 2016, When can apply again by chase? Dec 16 2018 or need to wait till Jan etc:?

Per the wiki here you should call and then the machine will tell you the language ..

For the first 2, as noted in other threads,you can only refer from co-branded cards to the same family of cards (although you can refer to both personal and business). For the Gold, you should be able to. When you click on the referral link, you don’t have the option of switching between cards?
