No idea, saw people asking for it around the forum.

I'll post it in goods for sale.  Need to come up with the right nusach.  "Car rental credit to reinstate expired miles for sale"  seems a bit cumbersome.

I used the trick to improve my credit score by keeping a $0.50 balance on my Discover card (which I don't use) but when the statement closed, it closed with a $0.00 balance.
(I checked the day before my statement closed and it still had a $0.50 balance.)
Anyone have an explanation for this?

many banks will not charge anything when a statement is below $1.

+1. They'll just refund you the money. And some banks don't even report the balance to the bureaus when it's under $5.

DROPR. it doesn't get reported to the bureaus as a late payment until it's at least 30 days late.

Or is there somewhere (and sometime) you're specifically looking to go?

Reported to credit bureau you mean? If so, then yes. DROPR.  Minimum reporting time is if not paid 30 days after due date.
