Payment isn't due until the next statement is closing.
I assume that is what "upon receipt of statement" means.. Or does it refer to when the mailman drops of your paper statement ? Don't think so, what If I'm enrolled in paperless statements

I have no idea what that line means. Receipt usually means when you receive. The reps have never been able to give a straight answer as to why they don't just state the due date.

Do statement credits ($100 on the delta platinum) count against minimum spend? Let's say I spent $2050, and the statement credit kicks in--does that require me to spend the difference?

Thanks

I've tried doing a credit reallocation 3 times already on my Amex cards. Each time the rep. does it, I'm told it'll take a couple of days. Then I get a letter stating, they can't process it bec. the accounts are new. Anyway around this issue ?

Is there any way to make my points post early? I have the chase Marriott card and just finished the spending threshold, i tried changing the statement closing date to tomorrow (the 16th) instead of the 4th but the rep says it'll only take affect in august. What can i do to get my points sooner? I need it asap!
TIA

DROPR - it will close earlier this month as well, however if there isn't 7 days between spend and statement closing, the points will likely not post on this statement.

Not sure this is the right place to ask but couldn't find anywhere better.

I paid a Amex platinum bill from my chase account 3 days ago and it still not reflecting in my balance, does that make sense?

Look at your Chase account , does it show the funds paid to Amex , the most I have experienced is a 2 day lag to show on Amex

Doesn't show anything on the chase end. Guess I'll wait another day and see if anything happens.
