Honestly I would say that you would have better luck fighting it out on Amazons end. Tell them that you thought the payment went through already, and now you are out the points and you want a $15-$20 credit.
Gonna be a lot of work for $10 when it's the posters error...

Anyone have a clue why Amex not allowing me to pay down current account balance to increase my available credit? System is only allowing me to pay last statement balance... Any way around this? Maybe it's because I have auto pay on?

New account? Try paying on mobile or if you have an AU, pay from their account.

You can't initiate a bill pay from another source, or you need increased limit instantly?
Who do you think you are fooling? You think you are going to pull a quick one on your Creator? Good luck with that.

Can i ask Chase to remove some pending charges?

(In Office max, they sometimes call in to 'preauthorize your credit card. Not sure if this always happens, but in this case the actual charge was a different amount than the final purchase. I now have some big temporary pending authorizations that are eating up my available credit)

I remember reading somewhere (I think on ddms) that its not the best thing to have too much total credit, what does that exactly mean? I have to watch my total credit limit shouldn't be more then my reported income or what?

I only see in the wiki talking about having a cl of 25k and up but that is if you have it on one card, how about having a large cl total from multiple cards and banks, but no big cl on a single card?

Chase rep said no, they need to wait for OM to either post the transaction, or if not, they will fall off in 1-2 days.
:(

is this a case of DROPR? or Huca?

Call OM and ask them to call Chase.
Sounds like it will be a big hassle. Anyone ever done this?
