I'm not sure(!) if I have ever had an Amex personal platinum, how can I figure that out (without making an awkward Amex call)?
Just make the call. You'll never see the rep again in your life.
Who do you think you are fooling? You think you are going to pull a quick one on your Creator? Good luck with that.

Shouldn't be nervous about them noticing many opened/closed accounts, many biz accounts?

They shouldn't make an issue.

I had an automatic charge by some company every month I wanted to cancel it so I called amex that I lost that card and they stopped the card and send me a new one, but even with the new one that charge came up last month when I called in amex they told me that if its a automatic charge every month even card number change system will still let it go thru, so is there any other way I can stop that charge every month on amex side beside disputing it?
Do u have any different idea for a signature?

I had a similar issue. Nothing worked on Amex side.
In the end I let the company know that I was planning on disputing the charge.
Good luck

No since the original charge was authorized by you as a recurring charge it will continue On the account regardless of the number of the cc

ok, that card was a au card on my account, now what do you think if I close completely that au not just replace the card, will that automatic charge since go thru since the primary card is still open?

I'm a little backdated, but is there still any way/trick to backdated a amex card to report old opening date? What about if I add myself as an au to a person with a old amex card, any way that still works?
