What is a better card to sign up for with their current offers- Hylton or marriot?

Do you mean Hilton or Hyatt?

I'm not understanding. I want to know if "Hylton" means Hyatt or Hilton.

Oh, sorry about that! Either way, out of all 3(or 6) which is the best?

I need to cancel my Amex business gold the AF is due and they dont want to give me any promotion to stay (last year they gave me the whole AF credit back, lol) anyway the agent suggested to downgrade to the blue business so I wouldn't lose my MR - but why would I downgrade when I can apply and get the promotion? But I'm thinking maybe I should apply for the gold rewards since its got a 50k promo and hold on to that for a year - my hesitation is that the gold rewards is personal so its once and gone -business is 24 month churnable -Lastly, theres  Everyday preferred for 30k.

A. Anyone think the gold rewards will go for more in the future.

B. Any advice which one is the smartest choice?

I would do EDP. Another option is to find out if they will upgrade you to plat. They were offering 50k for that, I don't know if they still are.

I downgraded by Barclay Lufthansa card to a no AF card. They said I'll get 10k points for 1k spend in the new card. I spent $600 and after that I put a refundable ticket on that card, and the points posted (did not pay bill).
Now that I've cancelled the ticket will they claw back the points?
(I don't really mind if they do, I just need to know if I should bother putting another $400 on that card)
Bump

Just called chase about SW personal bonus that didn't post, said there is note on account that bonus was blocked until further verification of address/owner of biz? What do they need (guy didn't really know) and is this something new?

Does it make sense to pay off ALL MY CREDIT CARD bills, only leaving $1, before my statement arrives, or is that too low of a utilization rate? Thanks.

So I understand that leaving $2 for my statement is the way to go. I always thought I should try specifically to be around that 10 precrent range, but now I understand it should be as low as possible, without being 0. Correct?

$2 on 1 card. All other cards could close at 0.
