I just opened a Corp., is there any quick way to build up business credit, like adding AU?
Also, is there any point to do so, being that i only need the credit for CC where they'll anyway pull my personal credit too?

CC issuers don't need a SSN to find your AUs. 

AU accounts don't always report, especially if the address is different, but this has nothing to do with not using a SSN.  EQ especially does not like to report non-spousal AUs.

We have the same address... Anyways can I find out if their reporting her? And if not, how can she build credit?

You can check her reports to see if they are reporting already.

To build credit, she really needs cards in her own name. 

FWIW my wife was approved by Amex twice and also Chase with only AU accounts reporting.

I'm not sure how they verify AUs, but having the address match is the best thing you can do.
