You can't compare a phone rep to chat where they are probably monitoring multiple feeds while doing other things..

Is it possible to do a product change from a Chase personal card to a business card?

I really want the IP (for the 5x categories) but I know I won't get approved if I applied for a new card.

If it is possible, does it have to be a Chase branded card or could I convert a co-branded card?

Why does it matter?

Your FICOs will certainly take a hit finding out, and you will have a horrible internal score with Amex.

You tried adding it through the email link? If not, try that.
