They most certainly can! I called 5/10 and told the person I was looking at my report and it showed multiple pulls from the same bank. She asked for the number of the report, I told her it was CK, and she asked for other identifying information. She said could only delete one pull (not sure which one) as the other came from two different places.

9/2: Premier
9/13: Exec

11/22: Reserve
11/30: Prestige

I got a letter today confirming that Citibank was deleted. Oops, just realized the "number" is a date 11222015, so the pull on my Reserve was removed.

I know it doesn't make that much difference, but I wanted to experiment after reading about on the forum.

I'm missing points on my OBC. I didn't get a March statement and there's no March PDF online. It was a low month about 3k. Had a FR last Dec for a returned payment. Cleared, no change in CL and they refunded the $35 fee. To call or not to call?  Or wait until it eventually gets discovered in the system? I'm getting close to maxing out the $50k limit.

My experience with Amex was over 90 days.

i could but if its quicker i would rather noone looks at my accounts

It's not just the cash, but the fact that there's no OBC statement, hard copy or PDF, for March. I did receive  one for April.
