When adding an AU on a chase card to receive a bonus does one actually have to make anpurchase on the AU card to receive the bonus or is adding the AU merely enough? TIA

So last month I opened up a Amex biz card. I was approved instantly, but they gave me a fairly low credit line. On Friday I applied for an increase (I know I can spend above my limit, but this card has a 0%apr for 9 months which doesn't apply to over the limit purchases) and I was told to call them.
I called the guy and he said I was approved for the increase, but they need two years of the business tax returns as added paperwork. The business is only 6 months old.
I asked if that means I can't get an increase for 2 years and he said yes.

This can't possibly be right?
Should I HUCA till I get someone who speaks English?

IMHO you should just keep spending on it and they will lift the limit.

Is it possible to have my Amex card close every month on the first or will it be different no matter what depending on days in billing cycle?
If you are trying to get my attention/assistance and I'm not responding, please feel free to PM me. :)

When denied by amex, do I need to wait 30 days before applying again?

Now your bill closes the same exact day of each month or within 1 or 2 days of the day you requested? I don't think it's possible to have it close same day of each month...

You can only guarantee a due date, not a statement close date AFAIK

the rep told me I can choose a due date which would be the same every month and in turn that makes my closing date the same every month.

Your closing date will vary by a day or two.

a cancelled card isn't anything so for sure you can apply even a day later and get approved
a cancelled card means the system throwed it out due to duplicate or anything else and they didn't even check your credit

Can you transfer credit from a Citi personal card to a business card?
Is it a hard pull?

Moving CL with Citi is a HP, even between personal cards.
