Got letter from Amex that changing time to reverse AF to 30 days of closing of statement. What was it before?

Thanks, so now 30 but what about prorated - do we know if they'll still do that?

I want to apply for Chase Freedom. Is it possible, if I'm approved, to get the card in time to spend $1500 on a grocery gift card to get the 5% back?

Q2 registration is closed.
Q3 registration closes in September.

In short: no groceries.

Shoots! Thanks though.

On a similar note, I have opened 3 personal accounts, 1 business account, and added as an AU on 1 account within the last 24 months. Does Chase count that as 3, 4, or 5 for the 5/24 rule?

If the biz card is a chase card, you may have issues.
If not, they should not see it, making you a 4.

Sometimes they'll let you off if you close the AU (I think, Cmiiw)

Thanks. Biz card is Amex. Can I apply for more than 1 chase card simultaneously to take advantage of the 1 out of 5/24 I have remaining? If yes, which cards do you recommend (I currently only have PRG and SPG) ? Thanks again for ur help!

i mean that I got some payment on my account for over 2k which posted about 2 months ago and I have no clue who paid it and was wondering if amex could take it off my account or if after a certain period of time its too late for them to take it back. Bekitzur should i make a l'Chaim for getting a free $2100 payment to my account.

You sure u didn't push from your account? I guess if someone else pushed the payment from their bank and put in wrong number that could happen. That's always been my fear. That's why I always do $1 test when pushing payments.

I can apply for 2 at once even thought I already had 4/24 out of 5/24? What about the Freedom card?

If I was at 4/24 I wouldn't waste it on a freedom.
Yes you can apply for more than one card, it's what's on the report that counts, going for 3 cards could be tough with Chase these days.
