It can happen. Sometimes it doesn't show in-app but does show online.

IIRC, I don't think TYP points expire.

They told me that when you close the account, and transfer the points, they have a 60 day expire date.

No. I transferred them to my prestige card which is still open.
This is a quite from DOC.
"If you did the ThankYou deal, you need to do one of the following: use up the points (flights, gift cards, etc.), or transfer the points to your ThankYou credit card. If you choose the latter, you’ll have 90-days to use them up before they expire"

When did you transfer them? How along ago did the "transferred miles" expire?

I forgot about them.
They were transferred in February. And expired in may.

No but you can ask to overnight a card to your vacation destination.

Was told today that they are no longer allowed to expedite new cards. might be a DROPR case.

They won't expedite a new card, but the OP stated that the card was already delivered while he was out of town. They will overnight a previously issued card.

LOL - my DW was sitting right next to me as I reconned as her with her Jewish name, and when Barclays asked me my profession..
