Transferred Chase UR to United but United never held my reservation for me. Any way to reverse the points back to Chase UR?
If you are trying to get my attention/assistance and I'm not responding, please feel free to PM me. :)

Transfers to airlines are final, you can't reverse them

Not MR but...
Amex can work with the airline to reverse it, difficult though without a good reason.

But no way possible with Chase UR? Even if United messed me up because they told me they were holding my reservation and they didn't? Anything I can try?

Thanks for clarifying. I'm referring to United - not Metal. Transferred points to United to book flight with United using those points

To be super clear, the flight you wanted was flown by United, or a partner, like Air Canada?

I know Chase will refund an AF if you cancel the card within a certain amount of time (I've varying reports between 60-180 days). Will they refund (or at least prorate) the AF if you downgrade? If you downgrade a CSR to an CSP 59 days (assuming the limit is 60 days) will they give you a refund of the difference in AFs (or refund the full CSR and charge the full CSP AF)? If it is past 60 days, will they prorate the difference?

I saw that they're prorating the AF if you've paid it on the CSP and are upgrading to the CSR, and I was wondering if the same was true going the other way and if it is true, is a time limit.
Only two things are infinite, the universe and human stupidity, and I'm not sure about the former.

I applied for CSR in-branch and got the we will let you know in a few weeks. I called the Recon numbers for the last 4 days and they keep saying that my application is in the "back office" and there is nothing they can do to make it any quicker...you will get a response in 10-14 business days". I am over 5/24, but I am CPC. Am I supposed to be calling another number? What should I ask for when I am talking to the Rep? TIA

What number you calling? Make them transfer you to the lending department and the verification department

I called 1-888-270-2127 and 1-888-609-7805. When I call the Chase automated system it says the 30 day message. What do you suggest I do?

I believe a partner - but the flight was never able to be booked so I don't think it makes a difference in getting the points back. Does it?
