You'd have to product change it or close it 30 days prior to signing up. If you really want 2 CSR you could product change it back after you received second bonus.
Keep in mind that a lot will change in 2 years.

I recently transferred a lot of Amex MR to IB avios at a really low 250-200 avios. They now have a 50% bonus. Any chance they would match it and give me more MR to transfer to avios?

Doubtful but worst a shot pleading your case to a supervisor, they may be sympathetic and "gift" you some points.

Amex simply cash plus would give you 3% CB on shipping in the U.S. if you chose that as the 3% back category.

i would like to spend alot of $$ this holiday season on my ccs and i have 3 questions 1) if chase gave me a high credit line should i be nervous to max it out being that i dont normally spend this much ,assuming they let the charges thru... 2) if maxing out is not an issue ,would it be strongly reccomended to pay quickly or as long as pay,ments are received bfore due date all is well  3) do cc companys know that youre maxing out your other cards from other banks  or they have no access to that data until the spending has been reported on the end of month credit report

2) make sure to pay it back before the statement closing date not the due date bec to maintain a credit score you cant have a statement bal of more than 30% 3) as soon as the  stmnt closes everyone can see

that being the case i dont think its an issue. ive maxed out c1 cards with a few k $ and it was ok
