ive done it a few times w/o problems, that does not mean no risk. there is definitely risk involved

if the checking account is from a other bank then chase itself, how would they know if its your account or someone else?
u just give them the account and routing number

Try calling recon/executive line, there's a good chance you could get them approved

Statements closing in two weeks so I hope they'll do it.
If I pay off my balance today and then close it, will they report the balance?
