Some very prominent DDF'ers :)
No
AMEX is almost always a soft pull.   In fact,  they usually go by their last AR,  not even a new soft.

I'd say it's always a soft,  but I'm sure someone,  somewhere has had a hard pull for some reason or another.
Amex is never a hard pull for a CLI increase, iinm.

Iirc, any less and lenders will see it as a "toy card", which reflects badly on the borrower.

Not a hard rule, just a feeling and hearsay. Could be completely made up.
Whats a 'toy card'? Can anyone confirm that it's bad to have less than $1,000 credit line?

Well it's a piece of plastic that has a magnetic strip on the back

Though on a more serious note if they see that you're not issued a high cl it would be assumed that you are a risk
(Just an assumption)

I doubt that banks make assumptions of risk based on things like that. I'm sure they have they're own way of deciding without relying on the fact that other Banks do or dont issue you credit. If you have high credit lines, then it can show that you use your credit responsibly, so that's different. But if you have enough income, and show overall proper credit usage, I would imagine that there shouldn't be an issue with having a couple of low credit lines

I previously had the amex premier rewards gold card and got the 50k signup bonus on it and closed it, now I got in the mail a offer to apply for the PRG with a rsv code to get 50k points, will I not get the bonus points due to once in a lifetime rule, or being invited with a offer by mail with a code will entitle me for another signup bonus?

I did the upgrade offer from Amex ED to EDP and it's already showing as EDP on my Amex account online, am I good to start doing the spend?

You'll probably get it, and good chance it will be clawed back.
