i see theres no thread for citi simplicity and i can see why as it is not lucrative as far as rewards go, but being as i am in a pinch, i was wondering if someone could weigh in whether i can do a 3+bm on citi simplicity.

Assiming you don’t have the Amazon card you could use Ink to get Amazon GC’s at office supplies stores. Freedom Q4 doesn’t include Amazon this time around.

I know Dan wrote about requesting a replacement CSR card to use for spending without AU annual fee. I want to know if this "trick" works with Amex Platinum card or will they change card number? TIA!

Iirc you can ask for replacement card and get same numbers if you claim the card was damaged etc but you'll need to give them the 3 digit code on the back of the card

I have both plastic and metal since the metal was out, same card number different expiration and codes, both work no problem
